FeedMyInbox is one of the simplest websites to use. All you need is a website that has an RSS feed (look for the blue or orange icon in your url address bar) and an email address. You type in the website and your email address and hit submit. You should get a confirmation email, and you will receive an email about your site within 24 hours of confirmation. It is useful because there are some news sites that I will forward to my phone so I can read it when I want. This is free and requires little work to setup.
